SITUATION
Steeple Meadow is set on the eastern edge of the village of Kings Nympton, a popular and traditional rural village, which won the 'Best Kept Village' award by the Council for the Protection of Rural England (CPRE) in 1999. In December 2010 (Ref: 48322) planning permission was granted for the ERECTION OF 8 DWELLINGS (CORRECTED SITE BOUNDARY) AT STEEPLE MEADOW.

From South Molton proceed along South Street and take the fifth turning on the left signposted to George Nympton and Kings Nympton. On entering the village, the entrance to the site will be found on the right, just after the village hall.
