Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council granted a Certificate of existing lawful development for an existing use to use land for scramble practicing, scramble meetings and four wheel drive events for 28 days each year. The decision was made on
the 4th August 1998 and the reference number is 98/0426/CLE/113/9B. A copy of the planning permission is available from the selling agents, if required.
