DIRECTIONS
The land can be approached via a bridleway from the east. From Truro take the A390 westwards towards Camborne and Redruth. Drive out of the town and by pass Threemilestone and continue onto Chiverton roundabout. Bear left onto the A30 (T) dual carriageway and drive for about 3 miles and take the second exit towards Redruth. Drive up the slip road and follow the roundabout around to the right passing back over the A30 (T). Take the exit towards Portreath (B3300). Drive into North Country, continue straight on at the crossroads towards Porthtowan. Drive past the No Speed Limit sign, follow the road round past the right hand bend sign and after about a further 500 yards, ignore the turning to the right towards Mawla, SLOW DOWN and after about a further 100 yards there is a bridleway sign on the left hand side of the road. It is possible to park here. Walk down the bridleway, following the same around to the right and at the bottom of the hill where the bridleway turns
to the left there are gate into the field.
COVENANTS
There will be a covenant with the land that it can only be used for agricultural, horticultural, nursery, equestrian, silvan and forestry purposes. There will also be a covenant precluding the use of the land for the racing of any vehicles, use of any motor cycles for pleasure and parking of any caravans.
