DIRECTIONS
From Minehead take the A39 to Porlock. Pass through the centre of the village and just beyond the Ship Inn, turn left into the car park and the properties will be found in front of you.
SITUATION
The properties are well situated close to the heart of this very popular and historic village and about 1.5 miles way from the coast at Porlock Weir. Porlock is a thriving community attracting many visitors throughout the year. There are a number of hotels, pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a wide range of shops that cater for most day to day needs. The medieval village of Dunster (7 miles) with its castle owned by the National Trust is also a major attraction drawing visitors to the area. The cottages have potential to add a mezzanine floor above the present living space to increase the accommodation, subject to obtaining the necessary consents. There is a small garden for Mews residents with picnic tables.
