SITUATION
The lands are set with road frontage off a country lane just to the north of the Barnstaple to Bratton Fleming road and on the country road that approaches Loxhore and Lower Loxhore. Barnstaple, the ancient borough and administrative centre for North Devon is some 5 miles to the south-west, with Bratton Fleming 2 miles to the south-east and Shirwell 2 miles to the west. The Exmoor National Park is some 3-4 miles to the east.
DESCRIPTION
The lands are set low lying with road frontage on their west and north boundary to country lanes and very conveniently accessed.
