ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY
From Worcester proceed in a northerly direction along the A449 towards Kidderminster, passing the villages of Ombersley and Hartlebury. Upon reaching Kidderminster continue on the A449 Chester Road. At the crossroads turn right, taking the A456 Birmingham Road towards Blakedown. Upon reaching Blakedown take the first left hand turn signposted Churchill. DESCRIPTION
The two brick barns are situated at Church Farm within the village of Churchill as edged red on the plan.
Barn 1 is a generous size and of brick construction with clay tiled roof divided into four bays.
The main section of the barn is single storey, a typical open threshing bay. This adjoins a two storey bay both of which have a double pitch roof. At each end of the main barn are single storey additons one being at a right angle with a hip and pitch roof, separated by an internal wall with one third available for development (the other two thirds are part of the neighbouring property). To the other end of the main barn is an attached double fronted livestock barn of brick construction with double pitch roof. Barn 1 has planning permission for a four bedroom conversion.
Barn 2 is smaller, two storey and brick construction under a double pitched tile roof. The ground floor is open fronted with external steps leading to the loft space. A lean-to of concrete block construction with galvanised tin roof is to the rear. Barn 2 has planning permission for a 3 bedroom conversion.
