LOCATION
The site is located in a rural area south of Bromsgrove. Exit the M5 at junction 5 (If travelling from the south take the third exit at the roundabout for A38/Bromsgrove). At the roundabout take the third exit for M5 (M50) South West. Take the first left onto Stoke Road (signposted Stoke Works) and continue for approx. 1.5 miles, past The Bowling Green Inn before turning right onto Astwood Lane, signposted for Hanbury. Continue for approx. 1 mile before turning right at the T junction by The Country Girl, onto Hanbury Road. Continue for approx. mile before turning left onto Holmes Lane. The site is located on the right hand side after approx. 200 yards.
DIRECTIONS
The 0.22 acre (approx) site is a former District Service Reservoir (DSR) used by Severn Trent Water Ltd, and is located on the edge of Hanbury. The disused covered reservoir is constructed of reinforced concrete and whilst it is still on site, it is empty. There is also a small kiosk on site containing mechanical and electrical equipment. The electricity connection is live and will become the purchaser's responsibility. The site is accessed directly off Holmes Lane via double gates.
Within the site is an area of hard standing, with the remainder of the site being down to grass.
The site boundary consists of concrete posts and chain link fencing with some planting.
Electricity is available on the site but the purchaser will be responsible for the supply.
PLANNING
