The site is located to the south of the village of Donisthorpe and enjoys frontage onto both Church Street and New Street.
Donisthorpe is situated approximately 3.5 miles south east of Swadlincote, and circa 2.4 miles north of Junction 11 of the M42 motorway.

DIRECTIONAL NOTE
From Junction 12 of the A42 dual carriageway follow the B5006 towards Measham. Upon entering Measham, turn right onto the B586 towards Donisthorpe. After approx. 1.5 miles turn left onto Church Street. Follow the road into Donisthorpe for approx.650 metres where the site will be found on the right hand side. The site will be identified by an Andrew Granger & Co. For Sale board.
DESCRIPTION
The former Church Hall is of brick construction under a main pitched roof with tile covering and with flat roofed additions. The hall is in a state of disrepair and requires extensive modernisation throughout. The remaining site area is currently overgrown with vegetation and the overall site provides an opportunity for development subject to necessary consent. There is a small dilapidated brick built garage/storage building to the north-west corner of the site. Access to the site is available from both Church Street and New Street. The Church Hall is not a listed building.

The site lies within the Limits to Development of Donisthorpe as identified in the Adopted Local Plan. The agent would advise preliminary discussions between any interested party and North West Leicestershire District Council prior to submitting any offer.
