Planning

A copy of the planning consent is attached.

Application to confirm reserved matters is currently in preparation to enable a start to the development within approved timescales.

Architects Lucas Hickman Smith, of Wymondham, prepared plans showing contemporary eco friendly family homes, six of which are designed for both living and work, with two affordable units, in addition. A full set of the plans is available for inspection in the Agents Norwich office together with the Section 106 Agreement etc.


Further Information

It will be a condition of the planning consent and indeed of sale that the existing access south of Church View Cottage, which serves the sale area and six barn conversions to the south/west, be improved and widened to 5.8m, at the cost of the purchaser.

Mains water, electricity and drainage are available either on site or, where not on site, the vendor will grant a right of way over adjoining land to make the necessary connections (subject to the usual consents). There is no mains gas in this location.
