SITUATION
The land is situated with frontage to and access from Station Road with rear frontage to Pandyke Lane.
It is located near the hamlet of Commonside, Old Leake. The market town of Boston is approx. 5/6 miles away and the market town of Spilsby is approx. 10/11 miles away.
THE LAND
The land is believed to be Grade 1 as classified on the Agricultural Land Classification Map of England and Wales, Sheet 114. The soil association indicates the land is WISBECH being deep stoneless calcareous silty soil which is capable of growing sugar beet, potatoes, field vegetables, horticultural crops and cereals.
