The cottages have been purpose built to provide high quality holiday letting accommodation and are all double glazed, centrally heated and have their own boilers and oil tanks. They are all detached single storey and include sitting rooms with open fireplaces, colour TVs, wooden flooring and a luxury bathroom for every bedroom. Each cottage has been individually sited to give a high degree of privacy from each other. There are surrounding attractively landscaped gardens with lawns, mature shrubs and hedges.
The cottages come with patio areas with seating and also a timber garden shed for storage. They also include a detached brick outbuilding which house the boiler and can also be used for storage. Parking is located next to the cottages.
CLOVER COTTAGE

THE ORCHARDS

DIRECTIONS
From the A30 take the Bodmin exit and follow the road past Gul on the right and Asda Supermarket. At the junction turn right towards the town centre, following the signs to A389 and Wadebridge. At the roundabout at the bottom of the hill take the last exit onto the ring road which leads around the town centre. On reaching a set of mini roundabouts, continue straight over into Westheath Avenue (bus stop on left and church on right). Carry on for 500 yards approximately taking the first turning right at the mini-roundabout, signposted for Nanstallon and Ruthernbridge. Pass the hospital on the right and take the second left turning (which is on a sharp right hand bend) into Stony Lane and signposted Nanstallon and Ruthernbridge. Continue for half a mile up a narrow hill and, just before the village, Tregarthen Cottages will be found on the left.
