From Bideford Quay, with the River Torridge on your right hand side, proceed towards Northam passing Morrisons supermarket on your right hand side. Continue along this road passing Rydons Garage on your left and at the roundabout continue straight across following signs for Northam, Westward Ho! and Appledore. Stay on this road passing the Durrant House Hotel on your right hand side and then take the right hand turning signposted towards Appledore. Stay on this road passing the swimming pool on your right hand side until reaching Appledore Football Club on your right hand side. Turn left into Broad Lane and proceed to the bottom of the hill. At the T-junction turn left and continue along this road for a short distance. Shortly after the first turning on the left, you will see the five bar gate, which leads to the paddock with a for sale board clearly displayed.
