The site currently comprises of a mixture of red brick buildings which were previously
utilised as a hat factory. This part of the site has a Grade Two Listing, under English
Heritage Building ID 309117.
The site has two good road accesses onto Richmond Road, and a right of way from
Coleshill Road (as hatched blue on the plan).
PLANNING
The site is currently a mixture of redundant industrial and factory units, with part of the site being Grade Two listed. Currently the site has a planning application submitted which is pending a decision. The planning application reference is PAP/2008/0405 and PAP/2008/0407 with the last communication being 30th June 2011.
