Cokes Green was originally built for the secretary of the neighbouring Harewood Downs Golf Club, a country house golf club for the Palace of Westminster and legal profession with the nobility playing a major part in its early years.

Situation

Cokes Lane is a turning off the A413 which links Amersham to both Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peter as well as Gerrards Cross.
