SITUATION

DESCRIPTION
The precise origins of the Old Mill House are unclear but it is believed to date from the mid Victorian era. The house is unusually large for this part of Cambridge and benefits from particularly spacious reception rooms. The house is mainly constructed of white painted brick walls under a slate roof.
The house has many period features - the Drawing Room boasts two fireplaces and there is some fine plaster work to the cornices. There is also a lift. Clearly, the house now requires updating but it offers great scope for those seeking unusually spacious domestic accommodation close to the City Centre which is rarely available in Cambridge.
