DIRECTIONS
On approaching Penzance, stay on the A30 (T) towards Lands End. AN HISTORICAL NOTE
Not unsurprisingly, Chywoone Farm is a property of historical significance. Chywoone House is thought to have been constructed in the mid to late Victorian era and it is recorded that Sir Alfred Munnings stayed at Chywoone House for a period of time from 1908 when he moved to the Newlyn area.. Sir Alfred Munnings had a profound influence on the area being an eccentric and prolific artist, as well as a self styled jester to the rich and famous. It is thought that, in On Newlyn Hill, by Iris M Green 'the present Long Barn (Lot 6) could well have been the pre-1676 farmhouse, leased by Simon Boase from William Godolphin.'
WAYLEAVES
All lots are sold subject to and with the benefit of any wayleave agreements in respect of electricity or telephone poles, wires, stays, cables, etc., or water or drainage pipes, either passing on, over or under them.
RIGHTS OF WAY
