From Bodmin take the A38 towards Plymouth. Drive over the A30(T) and at the roundabout turn right towards Lanhydrock. Drive for about 1.5 miles and at the roundabout turn left onto the B3269 towards Lostwithiel . At Sweetshouse, stay on the A3269 branching to the right and at the T junction turn right on to the A390 towards St Austell. Drive for about half a mile and turn left back onto the A3269 towards Fowey. After about 1.25 miles, turn left towards Milltown and Higher Milltown Farm is the first property on the right hand side.
