VENDORS OPINION Briary House has been an ideal family home for nearly 29 years, spacious, light, well built and with a host of original features; character and convenience combined. The house faces south and, with lots of large characterful windows, benefits from the sun all day long. It is also very quiet, safe and secure being tucked away at the end of a long cul-de-sac, itself a friendly and neighbourly living environment. Our children loved the garden, played in the cul-de-sac safely and were able to cycle to the excellent local schools, where they did very well and made lots of friends. Transport links are brilliant, a few minutes cycle to the shops, Bookham Station and an easy drive to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. A wealth of lovely countryside is on the doorstep - Bookham Common, Box Hill, Leith Hill and the Downs. Central London is less than an hour away by train.
VENDORS OPINION cont/... With our family now grown up, Briary House offers much more than we need and it's time to change. We will leave with many regrets but more fond memories.
