From Exeter proceed on the A376 signposted Exmouth. At the roundabout turn left onto the B3179 signposted Budleigh Salterton. upon entering Woodbury continue into the village centre, turning left up Greenway. After 50 yards turn left past The White Hart pub, proceed up the street keeping the church on the left and after a few hundred yards turn left into Broadmead and the property can be found on the right.
