Description:

BARN CONVERSION OF CHARACTER WITH SUPERB VIEWS.

GENERAL
The Old Wheat Barn is a barn conversion of considerable character located in a glorious country setting. The barn forms part of a courtyard development but unusually for a barn has a good sized garden. The accommodation briefly comprises a reception hall, sitting room, dining room, large garden room, breakfast kitchen and five bedrooms. Outside there is a good sized garden and a triple garage.
LOCATION
The Old Wheat Barn is located just outside the village of Stoke Golding. In Stoke Golding there are a comprehensive range of amenities including two primary schools and a useful range of shops. There are more extensive amenities in Nuneaton and Hinckley both of which are close by. The historic town of Market Bosworth is to the North which is home to the Dixie Grammar School. There are also some fine restaurants and a useful range of shops overlooking the Market Place. There are some lovely walks in the area.
DIRECTIONS
From our office in Market Bosworth proceed out of the Market Place along Shenton Lane past the battlefield line railway station, crossing Fenn Lane and into the village of Dadlington. On reaching Dadlington turn right into Stoke Road. Carry on past the canal and into Stoke Golding. Carry on down the High street turning right on to Station Road at the T junction. Carry on out of Stoke Golding along Upton Lane. On the right hand side approximately a mile out of Stoke Golding you will find Fox Covert Farm. Turn right into the driveway which then forks to the right which is signposted to The Old Wheat Barn.
