DIRECTIONS
From the village of Washford on the A39 take the turning south signposted to Roadwater and Cleeve Abbey. Proceed to the junction with the White Horse turning right towards Roadwater, follow the lane for approximately half a mile and as you enter the village take the first turning left into Clitstone Lane where the property is the second on the right had side.
