DIRECTIONS
From South Molton take the B3226 south out of the town towards Exeter. Drive for about a mile and at Colleton Mill turn right sign-posted to Burrington. Proceed into the valley and up the hill towards Burrington and just before entering the village turn left at Balls Corner.
