DIRECTIONS
From Truro take the A390 towards St Austell. Drive through Tresillian, by-pass Probus and at the roundabout stay on the A390 towards St Austell. Drive to and through the village of Grampound and after about a further 2 miles upon reaching Hewas Water, turn left opposite the garage towards Coombe. Pass May's Country Store and on reaching the crossroads continue straight on towards Coombe. After about 500 yards take the next turning to the right (un-signposted). Drive down over the railway and at the bottom of the hill continue straight on. Drive up the hill, pass Brannel Farm and at the 'T' junction turn left. Ignore the next turning to the right towards Hay and after about a further 200 yards take the next turning to the left towards Coombe. The entrance to Selsey House will then be seen as the first on the left hand side.
