Newton Ferrers is reached via the B3186 which leads off the A379 at Yealmpton. From Exeter take the turning off the A38 just south west of South Brent as signposted to Yealmpton, which leads to the A3121 passing Ugborough and Ermington and eventually to the A379. Proceeding west on the A379 to Yealmpton turn left onto the B3186 to Newton Ferrers. When reaching Newton Ferrers, within the village, pass The Tearoom On The Green on the right hand side and in about 50 yards, where the road bends hard left around a wall to the village centre, turn right into Court Road. Proceed past the back of the church and continue on this road for about half a mile until reaching Lower Court Road on the left hand side. The property will then be found in about 100 yards on the left hand side.
