DIRECTIONAL NOTE
From Exeter proceed west on the A30. Continue to Fingle Glen, and turn right signposted Tedburn St Mary. At the roundabout turn right signposted Exeter. At the top of the hill turn right signposted Dunsford and Goatlake House can be found after approximately 1.5 miles on the right.
