Description:

Impressive country farmhouse with well presented accommodation, large gardens and field. Hall, 3 receptions, kitchen, utility, 4 bedrooms (1 e/s) and bathroom. Extensive gardens, outshed and garage. Adjoining field (more land available if desired). 5.4 Acres

SITUATION
Situated on the edge of the small countryside hamlet of Little Skewes, the farm is situated within an area of typical undulating open Cornish countryside. The local village of St Wenn is about mile and there is a junction onto the A30(T) about 3 miles to the south. The old county town of Bodmin and Wadebridge are about 9 and 7 miles respectively and the Cathedral City of Truro about 23 miles to the south west. From Bodmin Parkway there is a station on the London Paddington line. Newquay Airport is about 10 miles.
DESCRIPTION
The approach to Little Skewes Farmhouse is over a pleasant shared entrance driveway which leads to the hamlet being a cluster of four country properties of which Little Skewes Farmhouse is situated on the southern side.

The farmhouse is a significant period property being principally constructed with exposed stone elevations under a double slate pitched roof. It overlooks its own private gardens to the north and south. The accommodation to the house is well proportioned and has been the subject of a recent upgrading programme which sympathetically blends modern living with the traditional character of the farmhouse.
