OUTSIDE
The property is approached via a front door that leads straight onto a lane giving easy pedestrian access to the village centre. To the rear of the cottage there is a driveway behind gates which provides off road parking for a number of vehicles. From the driveway there is access to the rear garden with a path to the front and rear door to cottage beside a small store area. Beside the gravel driveway is a raised shrub bed with steps down to a path which leads around to the front. There is an aperture between two matures hedgerows leading through to the main rear garden, which is delightfully enclosed, mainly laid to lawn and bordered with mature hedging with a good sized workshop/ store shed and vehicle gates in the far corner. The garden also has a steel store shed, wildlife pond and numerous areas of shrubs and mature pine hedging. In all the gardens offer some superb views across the village to the church and fields beyond and are delightfully private and secluded.
DIRECTIONAL NOTE
From Taunton proceed in a northerly direction towards Minehead on the A358. After Bishops Lydeard turn left on the Ralegh's Cross road just opposite Cedar Falls Health farm. Follow this road for about 6 miles until you reach Elworthy Cross, turn right here as signposted to Monksilver for two miles, upon entering the village take the first left hand turning on a s-bend which leads onto the main high street and Lime Walk Cottage can be identified on the right hand side.
