While our building specification is designed to minimize cracking some internal shrinkage cracks are inevitable and these can be filled on first redecoration. We will however fill and repaint over any plaster cracks after 6 months if they are still in the original colours.
Boiler and hot water system should be maintained every year. The under floor heating does not need regular maintenance accept to check that pressure is maintained.
