Alternatively, proceeding out of Sheffield on to the Bradway to Holmesfield Road, turn left at the Rutland Arms into Cowley Lane. Follow Cowley Lane through to Dronfield Hill Top where it passes the T-junction with Gosforth Lane, over the Dronfield bypass and becomes Barlow Lees Lane. The driveway is then approximately three quarters of a mile on the left hand side.
