COMBE FISHACRE
Mentioned in the Domesday Book, Combe Fishacre is a tiny hamlet tucked away in a quiet rural setting in beautiful countryside with Totnes, Newton Abbot and Torbay all within immediate reach. Ipplepen is close by, with its St Andrew's church, Post Office, Co-op store, two pubs and primary school. The mediaeval market town of Totnes has a diverse community, many Elizabethan buildings, good shopping, educational and leisure facilities, and an InterCity station. Newton Abbot is a larger market town and Exeter within half an hour's drive, has an international airport. The South Devon coast is within a few miles at Torbay and Dartmoor is about eight miles to the west. Transport for Berry Pomeroy Primary School and King Edward VI Community College stops outside Saxon House.
THE PROPERTY
