A reserved matters application (REF: 10/00100/REM) was approved on 2nd December 2011. Under condition one of the outline consent the development permitted shall begin before the expiration of two years from the date of approval of the last of the reserved matters to be approved. Therefore any purchaser has until 2nd December 2013 to make a material start to the development. Please note the reserved matters application requires pre commencement conditions 3 and 4 to be addressed prior to the development starting. The current planning is for:-
