Follow this road and as you enter the village proceed past the Spar shop on the left and take the 2nd left by the church and village green. Carry on along this road and then take the 2nd right into Richmond Road, follow on up the hill and take the 2nd left into Tregarrick Way, the property is 2nd on the right. .
