DIRECTIONAL NOTE

Alternatively, if travelling from Exeter, follow the A3052 towards Sidmouth, continue through the villages of Newton Poppleford and passing turnings for Sidmouth town centre. On reaching the traffic lights at Sidford, take a left hand turning onto the A375 and continue into Sidbury and through the centre of the village and on passing the Church continue and follow the road along, passing Cotford Garage on the right hand side. Having passed over the narrow bridge take the next turning on the right and Cotford Close will be seen almost immediately on the left hand side. Melbury is the second property on the left hand side.
