The twin villages of Downderry and Seaton include village shopping facilities, primary school, churches, two restaurants, a doctors surgery and both rocky and sandy beaches. To the West the town of Looe, about four miles distant, has many facilities including a wide range of shops, and a railway station linking to Liskeard on the Paddington Line. Plymouth City Centre is within commuting range and offers the facilities of a large City, including a continental ferryport, vibrant waterside, a large University and renowned theatre.

DIRECTIONS
From the A38 at Trerulefoot (midway between Saltash and Liskeard), take the A374 Torpoint road for about one mile and then turn right onto the A387 Looe road. Continue to Hessenford and at the bridge turn left onto the B3247 and proceed to Seaton. Just before reaching the beach turn right up Looe Hill and continue for about a quarter of a mile and the property will be found on the right hand side. Normal road access is to the rear but for the first visit we recommend that parking at the front is the most practical.
