DIRECTIONAL NOTE
From Exeter proceed on the B3212 towards Moretonhampstead passing through the village of Longdown. After 4 files, at Farrants Cross, turn left onto the B3193 signposted Christow, Chudleigh and Bridford. Proceed to the T-junction and turn right onto the Teign Valley Road. After approximately 100 yards turn left into Neadon Lane. Proceed up the hill for approximately 400 yards and Nutcombe can be found on the left.
