Proceed for approximately half a mile and upon reaching Monks Cross crossroads turn right signposted Luckett and Horsebridge. After approximately half a mile turn off to the left and continue down this lane, follow the road around to the right (do not cross the ford), after approximately 200yards turn left immediately opposite Broadgate Cottage and continue for approximately another two thirds of a mile. You may park in the communal parking area and walk the further 75yards to the cottage.
