There are mainline railway stations both at Newton Abbot and Totnes with a link to London Paddington.

The cloakroom is fitted with a wall mounted basin, WC and a separate boot room houses the manifolds for the underfloor heating and electrics and has space for coats and boots. The sitting room has laminate wood flooring, a large central stone and rendered chimney breast with an oak lintel and a wood burning stove on a slate hearth. Windows look to the front and the back and a large doorway opens to the kitchen, which is fitted with tiled flooring, modern matching base and wall units with granite work surfaces, one and a half stainless steel sink unit with drainer and chrome mixer tap, space and plumbing for washing machine, space for integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, a large de Deitrich gas range with 5 burners and 2 electric ovens and plenty of space for a dining table.
