From Stags office turn left and on reaching The Royal Seven Stars Hotel turn left and proceed over the old bridge into Bridgetown and take the first turning right into Seymour Road, first left into Weston Road and follow this road to the 'T' junction and proceed to the entrance gate on the right hand side and Baring Cottages is the row of cottages in front of you and number 1 is on the extreme left. There is no parking with the property however South Hams Council runs a residents parking scheme and there are spaces available for currently 10 per annum for residents only.
