We purchased the flat 17 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed living in Christchurch Park.
The spacious rooms, sunny aspect and ample storage space were excellent.
We liked the convenience of living close to Sutton train station, High Street and bus routes. Since we installed the patio doors, we are now able to use the landscaped communal gardens as well.
