'I originally chose this property due to it's size and location. The property has large spacious rooms throughout with plenty of living space. Both the bedrooms are sizable doubles with plenty of additional space for storage. I utilized the second bedroom as a room to let, which worked perfectly.
The extensive living room and dining area is very bright and has been updated to taste. It provides more than adequate space for entertaining or just relaxing. The large, spacious southerly garden has mature plants and shrubs and is beautiful in the Summer for BBQ's and entertaining.
The location is perfect being 2 minutes from Ifield railway Station, with regular connections to Three Bridges and the National Rail network. This was my first property and has made a wonderful home, I'm a little sad to be selling it!'
