Old Knebworth is a small & exceedingly pretty hamlet that borders the grounds of the historic Knebworth House and Gardens - home of the Lytton family since 1490. The grounds are open to the public from 20th March to 26th September 2011 and include an adventure playground, Knebworth Barns and Banqueting Centre, mini railway, dinosaur park and a host of various events including classic car rallies, the annual architectural salvage fare and of course the major open air rock and pop concerts that over the years have included the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Oasis & Robbie Williams.
