DIRECTIONS
From Barnstaple, take the B3230 towards Ilfracombe. Follow this road through Muddiford, taking the next right hand turning to Combe Martin. Continue along this country road until reaching Berry Down Cross and proceed straight ahead, following the road to Combe Martin. After a short distance, take the left hand turn, signposted to Berrynarbor. Proceed along this country lane and upon reaching Cross Park Junction, turn right. Follow this lane into Berrynarbor and at the junction, turn right into Barton Lane. Continue to the end and turn left onto the A399 towards Ilfracombe. Within a short distance, bear right into Barton Hill, where the property will be found towards the end on the right hand side.
